On September 6th, 2019, QALA CAPITAL HOLDINGS ShPK established the first Special Purpose Entity: the Joint Stock Company PORTO ROMANO REFINERY ShA, fully owned by QALA CAPITAL HOLDINGS ShPK. This JSC is established in accordance with Council of Minister’s Guideline Nr. 8 of 2010, which establishes the criteria for obtaining the Authorisation for developing projects in the Energy and Industrial Area of Porto Romano.
